## About

The Espeto Grill is a home-based Brazilian churrasco business in Lehi, Utah, 
founded by Christopher d'Argy. He served in Florianópolis, Brazil from 2001 to 
2003, spent the following years studying Brazilian food and culture, and 
returned to Florianópolis in January 2026 to deepen that connection ahead of 
launching the business. Meats are grilled over real hardwood coals on a 
custom nine-zone churrasqueira, using traditional churrasco do espeto 
technique. Authentic cuts (picanha, fraldinha, and others) are sourced 
directly through butcher relationships.

## How Ordering Works

- Ordering opens weekly and closes Thursday night for that week's Saturday service
- Pickup and local delivery available in Lehi, Utah on Saturdays
- Each week's menu and availability is published in advance
- Bulk/catering orders available for larger groups

## Menu (Meal Plates)

- One Meat Plate — $22: choice of one premium cut, grilled fresh, served with classic Brazilian sides
- Two Meat Plate — $28: two cuts of your choice, the most popular option
- Three Meat Plate — $34: three premium cuts for serious churrasco lovers
- Festa Pack (feeds 4) — $109: four plates of three premium cuts each

Available protein cuts include picanha, alcatra, alcatra de alho (garlic 
sirloin), fraldinha, linguiça, and coxa de frango (chicken thigh), rotating 
weekly. Traditional sides include white rice, black beans, farofa, and 
Brazilian vinagrete. Pão de queijo (Brazilian cheese bread) and desserts 
(mousse de maracujá, brigadeiro carrot cake, nega maluca) available as 
add-ons.
