Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of espetogrill.com and the purchase of food products from The Espeto Grill, a licensed Microenterprise Home Kitchen Operation (MEHKO) in Lehi, Utah.
Orders and Payment
- All orders must be placed and paid in full during the active ordering window
- Orders are non-refundable after the ordering window closes
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe
- The Espeto Grill reserves the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued
Pickup
- Orders must be picked up at 813 W 2400 N, Lehi, UT 84043 during your selected pickup window
- Unclaimed orders are forfeited without refund after the pickup window closes
SMS Communications
- By providing your phone number at checkout, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your order
- Message frequency varies based on order activity

MEHKO Disclosure
